Everything was very smooth. Booked one day at 5pm, showed up the next day at lunch time and it was all prepared. The app makes it easy to come and go and my lock was waiting inside the unit. Phoenix at the desk is lovely and very helpful as well, as were the people on the phone line.
This place has gone down hill fast. No staff available to help. One lift broken for months. Paint dropped in lift and no attempt to get it cleaned up. My lock doesn't stay in the bracket very well as someone has drilled the lock out before and has damaged the bracket. This storage place has been robbed before. Make sure you got very good insurance. Reduced the closing hours from 11pm to 8pm because of Major break in at their other storage places. Very poorly run business,they only seem to care about making more money. I've b... read more
