This place has gone down hill fast. No staff available to help. One lift broken for months. Paint dropped in lift and no attempt to get it cleaned up. My lock doesn't stay in the bracket very well as someone has drilled the lock out before and has damaged the bracket. This storage place has been robbed before. Make sure you got very good insurance. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I canceled my subscription, but I was still charged afterward. I contacted support not once, but twice, and was promised a follow-up — but no one ever got back to me. I made every effort to resolve this properly, but it feels like they simply ignored me. This is incredibly frustrating and unfair. Be cautious when dealing with this service — canceling doesn’t guarantee you won’t be charged again, and you might not get any help if something goes wrong.
Reon and Semira have been absolutely spectacular in helping me get a storage unit set up - both their telephone and in-person manner were wonderful and they did absolutely everything to help me out as someone who has never rented a unit before. Definitely recommend!
One of the stuff called Ahmed gave me a great service! He was very precise, friendly and helpful. There was a relaxed and appropriate atmosphere with his colleague who helped me to understand how it works. I got used to the system straightaway because of their great support. Thank you.
I moved to shurguard storage because I was look for a cheaper storage unit closer to where I was moving to. The gentlemen that signed me up was professional and nice. I was late on one of my payments, mind you I had two storage units, and I was getting Harrased on a daily/weekly bases after speaking to different representatives confirming when and how I was going to pay.
