AVOID this place at all costs — especially if you are a person of colour!!! 😡😡😡 I arrived 5 minutes after closing and did NOT enter the building. The next morning, the staff threatened me with a £100 penalty for just wandering around the gate. Also, this penalty does not exist anywhere in their contract — she simply invented it. Magda was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was super friendly, patient and went out of her way to help me choose the right unit. A very helpful staff!
Everything was very smooth. Booked one day at 5pm, showed up the next day at lunch time and it was all prepared. The app makes it easy to come and go and my lock was waiting inside the unit. Phoenix at the desk is lovely and very helpful as well, as were the people on the phone line.
Magda was the most friendliest and helpful staff member. She had no issues with me changing my mind about the size of the units and was more than happy to go the extra mile to ensure i was happy! Thanks Magda!
This place has gone down hill fast. No staff available to help. One lift broken for months. Paint dropped in lift and no attempt to get it cleaned up. My lock doesn't stay in the bracket very well as someone has drilled the lock out before and has damaged the bracket. This storage place has been robbed before. Make sure you got very good insurance.
