Having been customers of Shurgard for 1yr+ I am disappointed with the management of a recent incident whereby my husband attended the storage locker in plenty of time before closing but left 10mins past the hour it closed only to find himself locked in. When you attend a supermarket prior to it closing you expect to be allowed in but no-one expects to be locked in the shop if you haven’t paid and left before the shop closes.
