I've found the best storage solution! The service was top-notch, and the entire process was seamless. The receptionist, SARITA, was lovely and welcoming. HENRY, the on-call representative, was also fantastic - They kept me informed every step of the way. The storage space itself is massive, with generous trolleys that can accommodate large items. The facilities at Farnborough are really good with dry, good size units and 24 hr access with personal code. But the best bit is the staff - especially Sarissa, who is super efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you
First time with Shurgard, and I must say that Chris is a god send at the Farnborough unit. He helped us unload our car of boxes for our new unit. Lovely guy, thank you so much Chris. He explained everything to us clearly and was helpful. The unit was clean, temperature was comfortable, and it was easy to find. Elevators were large enough for two trolleys too, unlike some places. Highly recommended.
