Absolutely great service. We needed a bigger unit after realising we didn't have enough space which was no issue at all to arrange. Sarita has been wonderful and recommended the removal company who were also great. Thanks so much Sarita for making this part of moving no stress!
Excellent place for storage. Once you work out the app to gain entry. Overall I don't have any problems with the location or staff. What else can you say about a box :-)
Absolutely amazing to bump into this friendly face again!! Was greeted by Chris who I already met in Staines; this guy is a true example of customer service! I visited Farnborough as location was better for me so again Chris showed me around and we discussed what unit what suit my requirements better. Thanks again for amazing customer service!
I rented a medium sized unit for 1 month. Was easy to book online. You need to download their app though (why does everything need an app these days?) to get into the gate and into the building. This all worked fine though, no problems. The unit was clean and tidy and easy to find on the ground floor. One thing to be aware of is that you have to give 15 days notice in writing to cancel the booking otherwise it just rolls on into the next month which you get billed for. This should be made more clear at the time of booking.
Absolutely first class customer service from Sarita and Valter.... thank you for making everything so easy... storage unit was super clean and everything set up for me to move my stuff into. Fantastic communication from the team and I 100% recommend to anyone who needs storage space.
