I rented a medium sized unit for 1 month. Was easy to book online. You need to download their app though (why does everything need an app these days?) to get into the gate and into the building. This all worked fine though, no problems. The unit was clean and tidy and easy to find on the ground floor. One thing to be aware of is that you have to give 15 days notice in writing to cancel the booking otherwise it just rolls on into the next month which you get billed for. This should be made more clear at the time of booking.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Shurguard Farnborough. Chris & Sarita greeted me as soon as I arrived and they were so friendly and approachable. They listened carefully to what I needed and guided me through the best storage options without any pressure. Their customer service was outstanding and made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Chris, the store manager, was exceptionally helpful. I’d never used a storage service before, but he walked me through everything, even helping me set it up on my phone and explaining how it all works. He made the move incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. Storing my things was stress-free, and overall it was a great experience.
Shurgard has consistently been the cheapest option when looking for storage and setting it up was very easy. When I needed to change the size of my unit it happened very smoothly and I was taken to other units to be able to see the size before I decided. Excellent service and value for money.
