I was passing the store a couple of weeks ago and decided to pop in as I may need storage very soon. I had the opportunity to speak with Chris, who was extremely helpful. He provided all the relevant information and showed me a few units so I could get a good idea of the sizes and work out what I might need. I would highly recommend this place based on the great customer service, and I will definitely be returning in the near future to secure the right storage unit.
Chris, the store manager, was exceptionally helpful. I’d never used a storage service before, but he walked me through everything, even helping me set it up on my phone and explaining how it all works. He made the move incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. Storing my things was stress-free, and overall it was a great experience.

Absolutely amazing to bump into this friendly face again!! Was greeted by Chris who I already met in Staines; this guy is a true example of customer service! I visited Farnborough as location was better for me so again Chris showed me around and we discussed what unit what suit my requirements better. Thanks again for amazing customer service!
