I was passing the store a couple of weeks ago and decided to pop in as I may need storage very soon. I had the opportunity to speak with Chris, who was extremely helpful. He provided all the relevant information and showed me a few units so I could get a good idea of the sizes and work out what I might need. I would highly recommend this place based on the great customer service, and I will definitely be returning in the near future to secure the right storage unit.

They listened carefully to what I needed and guided me through the best storage options without any pressure. Their customer service was outstanding and made the whole process quick and easy. Chris, the store manager, was exceptionally helpful. I’d never used a storage service before, but he walked me through everything, even helping me set it up on my phone and explaining how it all works. He made the move incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. Storing my things was stress-free, and overall it was a great experience.
I rented a medium sized unit for 1 month. Was easy to book online. You need to download their app though (why does everything need an app these days?) to get into the gate and into the building. This all worked fine though, no problems. The unit was clean and tidy and easy to find on the ground floor. One thing to be aware of is that you have to give 15 days notice in writing to cancel the booking otherwise it just rolls on into the next month which you get billed for. This should be made more clear at the time of booking.
