I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience at Shurgard. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and the facility itself is highly impressive. What stood out most was the advanced technology and automatic systems. Super easy and straightforward. When I needed to add a couple days to my contract, it was no problem. I appreciated the online service specifically from the Farsta- Trångsund Shurgård. I did not have equally helpful service from other Shurgård offices.
Can't fault this at all. I was so happy with the service. I felt respected and important. This site is easy to access for customers yet very very secure; and that was very important to me when storing my late husband's belongings while I got it all sorted
In the 5+ years I have had my goods stored at the Farsta Trångsund location it has gone well. On the occasion that I needed assistance on site or via electronic media the staff have always been helpful and quick to respond. The only improvement I can suggest is the keypad at the outside gate that is a little challenging to read and use the keypad as it's hard to see if your code was accepted or not. I must admit I have never got stuck. Thank you Trångsund.
