Great storage, easy access, clean and lots of trolley. The stuff are amazing very helpful and friendly. Billy done great job for us with helping us finding the right size and giving us the best price in the city. This storage was recommended to us and we use it for a year and so. And if we need to use storage again will definitely be Shurgard self storage.
Absolutely wonderful first time storage unit experience from start to finish. Crystal clear, detailed instruction, excellent pricing, and the entire facility is spotless. The access app was faultless and very convenient. My storage unit was perfect and met my needs whilst transitioning between homes. All the team members were incredibly helpful at all times and with all aspects, they answered any questions i had confidently and they are an absolute credit to this facility! Outstanding all round, will definitely use again!
Gervais was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly! We accidentally got the wrong size storage and he rectified it for us efficiently and easily. He also showed us how to get into the unit and use the app. Amazing service so so pleased
Well run and reasonably priced. Billy at the front desk is also really friendly and helpful. He's gone out of his way to help me more than once. Would recommend.
Used this storage facility for nearly 2yrs and it was excellent, never any issues and easy access with helpful equipment for moving items around. It was the cheapest we found too which was a bonus! Big thanks to staff member Billy for his assistance on our move out day!
