Great storage, easy access, clean and lots of trolley. The stuff are amazing very helpful and friendly. Billy done great job for us with helping us finding the right size and giving us the best price in the city. This storage was recommended to us and we use it for a year and so. And if we need to use storage again will definitely be Shurgard self storage.
Absolutely wonderful first time storage unit experience from start to finish. Crystal clear, detailed instruction, excellent pricing, and the entire facility is spotless. The access app was faultless and very convenient. My storage unit was perfect and met my needs whilst transitioning between homes. All the team members were incredibly helpful at all times and with all aspects, they answered any questions i had confidently and they are an absolute credit to this facility! Outstanding all round, will definitely use again!
Needed storage in the run up to a house move. Found the team at Gloucester very friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to show us different size units and find the best price for us. We got a great first month rate and ongoing fees were very good also considering we had such a large unit. The facility is very clean and secure with plenty of trolleys to move items into your unit. All in all would definitely use them again and would recommend.
Gervais was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly! We accidentally got the wrong size storage and he rectified it for us efficiently and easily. He also showed us how to get into the unit and use the app. Amazing service so so pleased
Very good storage facility. Gervais and Billy are very helpful, always available to answer any queries. They go out of their way to help you. I get log in issues with my phone, they are on hand sort them out for me. For good quality storage at a very reasonable price, you cannot beat them. I have been with other companies and feel like this is the perfect fit for me. Very highly recommended.
