Moving our belongings into the storage unit was made so easy because of Mandy and Ab. Mandy was super friendly from the moment we went into reception for help on what to do and without any issues updated our unit to a larger one as the one we had was too small. Its rare these days to receive such good customer service, nothing was an issue for Mandy and AB.
Experience with Sugard Greenford is amaizing specially Mandy is a truly dedicated and compassionate support worker. She is kind, patient, and always goes above and beyond to help others. Her professionalism, caring nature, and positive attitude make a real difference in people's lives. Anyone supported by Mandy is very fortunate to have her. Highly recommended!
AB was fantastic to deal with. He helped us find the perfect storage size for what we needed and explained everything clearly. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free thanks to his support. He was friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. Would definitely recommend.
In this day and age where companies seem to have inexperienced staff to manage customer relations it was a joy to come into contact with 2 human beings yesterday who did nothing but their best to provide excellent customer service.
