Shannon are very helpful to me yesterday and today. In fact she helped me to make up my mind about where to store my stuff which makes sense and benefits me at this time. She is very friendly and a valuable asset to her company even though she is new. The staff are incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me all the way to my storage unit. No matter what questions I had, they were always happy to answer. This is my first time using Shurgard and the customer service was great and the extremely polite. I found it quite easy to get my stuff stored and leave. Also, having the app was very easy to use as well. The best part was them phoning me a day after my storage date to ask if it all went smoothly and extending their service in case I have anymore questions. Lastly, their suggestion on the size of unit I needed was spot on!
Very positive experience overall at Greenwich Shurgard self storage. The local team, Caroline, Usman and Shannon are always happy to help. The facilities are good, and I like the tech - App access too. Thank you Shurgard Greenwich!
