Shannon are very helpful to me yesterday and today. In fact she helped me to make up my mind about where to store my stuff which makes sense and benefits me at this time. She is very friendly and a valuable asset to her company even though she is new. Very easy to book storage and to use the app to open the gates via blutooth. I had to book storage at the last moment, booking on Saturday to move in on Sunday, so not all could be done online under such short notice. The customer service team helped me with the booking and with setting up the app. The storage unit was perfectly clean when I got to it. Overall, I had a great experience.
The staff are incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me all the way to my storage unit. No matter what questions I had, they were always happy to answer. I’m so glad and feel very lucky that I chose Shurgard for my storage needs, and even luckier to have met the lovely Catherine who made the whole process so smooth! Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We visited on 26/08/25 to enquire about renting a unit of storage and we had amazing customer service by Caroline. Who was not only teaching a new starter but explained everything in a clear concise manner. Caroline is certainly a valuable employee. Thank you for a fantastic experience. We ended up renting.
