Amazing Staff. Happy and so friendly, nothing seems to much for them. I had a lovely lady called Catherine who assisted me with my enquiry. I would definitely recommend Greenwich above all other storage companies. Just wish i could give more than 5 stars. 😊
Good storage units that are a decent size. Secure, nice and clean. Staff are helpful. Located on a quiet road with easy access and egress to join main road. Downsides: signal service is poor. If you get logged out of the app, you could be stuck. car park is small. Not busy most times but you could be stuck with nowhere to park. random FIXED price hikes due to "demand" is crazy. Hello to all clients and future clients who want to rent an apartment. I rented for a month on October 29 and everything was fine and fast. A shortage of trolleys means that what should be a straight forward job of moving items from your car/van to the storage unit takes 3 times as long because you can either carry everything by hand item by item or wait for a trolley to become available for hours. Last weekend this added 3 hours to what should be a quick job. Complained at the reception but they were not really interested in offering any solutions.
The facilities and staff are great, but the company itself is poorly run. The app is terrible, and the invoicing is confusing and inconsistent. They raise prices after you've already moved in, so signing a contract with them doesn't really mean anything.
