I had a great experience with Shurgard Self Storage. The customer service was excellent — whenever I had questions, I sent an email and they called me back, giving me all the attention and support I needed. I truly appreciate their service and highly recommend them!
Very unclear information about the opening hours. It took many steps to eventually know the access hours. I initially thought we can access it 24 hours, but unfortunately it’s only 7 - 22, so we need to take ALL our heavy stuff back. Very very annoying and disappointing!
