Made an online booking, kev from Gypsy C called me in advance to explain move in process. Guided to use app access and ensured move in was smooth. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Gave me all the extra options and made me feel valued by understanding my needs. 5 stars!!! Only using unit short term at the moment but will definitely be back and recommend!!
I booked my unit online which was easy enough but the real five star experience started when I actually showed up at the site. I ran into a few challenges at the gate and was feeling pretty stuck but Ahmed and Kev stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. I was also a bit confused with how to actually fit the lock to the unit and they did not hesitate to help me get it sorted properly. I had a really great experience with Gypsy Storage. The facilities are excellent, very secure, and well organised, which made the whole process stress-free. Everything felt clean, safe, and easy to access. We were helped by Ahmed, who was nothing but kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout.
