My experience with Shurgard at this location was extremely poor. Despite being told a lock would be provided, none was in my unit. Because Shurgard requires their specific lock before you can add your own, I had no choice but to leave my belongings unsecured overnight, as the office was closed and I was travelling the next morning. Zahran is the most helpful member of staff, I can’t thank him enough for making the process very smooth and easy. He’s an asset to the place and they should reward him highly.
We had a wonderful service, Zahran was very professional, we kept him waiting for us even after 6 after his working hours for our contract and insurance to be done. The price is very competitive and the service is great
Zahran was top dog man. He made my stressed out day appear so simple with his personality and knowledge on the job. I would promote him if I could.
