Let’s start with the fact that Surguard Self Storage has so many 5-star reviews because their staff ask customers to leave a 5-star rating during check-in and make sure they do it. We left London for four months over the summer and came back a couple of times. During one of those visits, I opened our storage unit and found that almost all of our boxes had been chewed through. Outstanding service from Keri-Ann and Keval, guided me every step of the way from the papers to the locker room; comes with easy to use software and online registration process.
The team provided excellent service — professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They were able to resolve an issue I had with my storage unit quickly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Keval, whose professionalism and support really stood out. Thanks to his help, my problem was dealt with promptly and effectively. Overall, this is one of the best storage facilities I’ve used, and I would highly recommend it.
I have rented a storage unit today and was welcomed by Ahmed and Kev. They were very helpful with telling me all th3 information. I was shown to my Unit and the place was very clean and tidy. The team there are absolutely fantastic and made the whole process seamless. I dont nornally leave any reviews but thw team here earned a well deserved 5 stars. I will be returning next weekend and will make a.donation to their affiliated Charity. Thank you team

I am the kind of person that either leaves very good or bad reviews, when I believe that the company d... read more
