My experience with Shurgard at this location was extremely poor. Despite being told a lock would be provided, none was in my unit. Because Shurgard requires their specific lock before you can add your own, I had no choice but to leave my belongings unsecured overnight, as the office was closed and I was travelling the next morning. Zahran was top dog man. He made my stressed out day appear so simple with his personality and knowledge on the job. I would promote him if I could.
Been very helpful and easy when I want to switch my storage unit, been here since December 24 and have no problem since :)
Walk-in appointment – Zahran at the front desk was extremely helpful. I received a quick tour and easily secured a unit for six months.
