Top-notch facilities and excellent customer service. We always felt confident that our belongings were safe and secure. The staff was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout. When we need storage space again, we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Absolute disaster. Needed someone to give me access to my unit since and there is nobody working at the location during their official working hours. The phone number left on the door is for an office in Berlin, they provided another phone number that goes straight to voicemail. Shurgard support called directly through the app are very understanding and tried to help but ultimately couldn’t get anyone to the location. I now have all of my belongings locked in a storage location and no way to access them which is beyond ridic... read more
Ive been trying to get in contact with anyone about accessing my storage since the location was acquired by Shurgard I’ve called 3 times and they’ve told me I would receive a call from the Stellingen office to schedule a visit to help me access my storage. That hasn’t happened. I’ve spent weeks trying to solve this issue and I have not been able to do so. This location has NO ON-SITE help and it’s ridiculous knowing they took over from another company and people would have issues accessing their units.
The staff helps in any situation, it is simple, and they speak English.
This location was formerly Pickens Self Storage and was acquired by Shurgard. Since the handover, the reception has been closed. The storage unit and unloading area are very dirty. The restrooms are not accessible and are therefore locked. Music no longer plays in the background. Poor service in all aspects. Pickens Self Storage played in the Champions League, and Shurgard is in the 3rd Bundesliga (!!). I can't recommend any storage unit here. Pickens, we miss you!
