Friendly service, clean building, and very good access from the street. There's a driveway around the back with space for parking, and a roof over the entrance area. This is very useful in rainy weather. They also provide some carts for moving around your stuff, but sometimes all the carts are in use by other people. Luckily this happened only rarely. It is my first time renting a storage unit in Germany and the Shurgard team made it an excellent experience. Shurgard gave a great offer for the first month with a rent of 1€. The online contract signing process was easy and only took a few minutes. When I arrived at the storage unit location, Mr. Tim Weiß was friendly and offered to speak in English as he gave me a tour of the place. The service was amazing! From the moment I booked the storage space I quickly received all necessary details and the team contacted me to make sure everything went smoothly. The building has a driveway to easily unload your things, which is accessible with your personal pass code. The code and all needed info regarding your storage space are automatically provided to you the day before your move-in date, and this gives you additional feeling of security.
