Shurgard storage service is absolutely amazing. The ease of renting a storage unit is amazing. It’s easy, quick and fast I was able to move in my things on the same day of signing up online. I really like the self service of the entire process, I didn’t have to see anyone in person or go through a phone call to start using my storage unit. Catia was super helpful at the Hanworth location, she made sure everything was in place before I arrived to sign my contract in order to minimise wait time as I was on a tight schedule. Highly recommended, in fact the Manager, Afonso was also super helpful on my next visit to my unit. Both went above and beyond in order to help me in the best way possible.
Afonso is a legend honestly, it’s like going back to the 90s when there was common sense, trust, and people who would pull their finger out.
