Catia was super helpful at the Hanworth location, she made sure everything was in place before I arrived to sign my contract in order to minimise wait time as I was on a tight schedule. Highly recommended, in fact the Manager, Afonso was also super helpful on my next visit to my unit. Both went above and beyond in order to help me in the best way possible.
I dropped by unannounced on Saturday afternoon and asked if I could see a unit so I could gauge the size; I had tried another facility earlier in Sunbury but the experience didn't instil confidence. I was escorted around the facility by the very helpful "Catia", she appears to run the entire facility herself. Issue with getting access to my storage unit at Hanworth location. I have rented a storage unit at their Hanworth, London location, signed the paperwork, provided my id, paid and received my keys. Came back a couple of days later only to find out I wasn't able to access my storage. As it was weekend, the office was closed, there was no one able to help me.
