Issue with getting access to my storage unit at Hanworth location. I have rented a storage unit at their Hanworth, London location, signed the paperwork, provided my id, paid and received my keys. Came back a couple of days later only to find out I wasn't able to access my storage. As it was weekend, the office was closed, there was no one able to help me. I need a space to store some things and after walking into Shaw guard and speaking with Alfonso he made me realise how easy things were to end Storage a few Clicks on the keyboard and showing him my license, it was done. 240 ft.² direct Access for some as I want perfect. No dramas, was explain the rules and good housekeeping shown how the gate works, shown how the locks work in the roller doors and we sorted. Thanks, Alfonso Great job 👍🏽
