Absolutely great service from start to finish. After receiving poor service from another storage facility in Sunbury, we decided to move units. What can I say? The team went above and beyond our expectations, helping us secure a larger unit that better suited our needs. Fantastic work from everyone involved. I would definitely recommend them, and the Hanworth team in particular exceeded what was expected. Thank you for the excellent service!

Its convenient and clean place to keep your stuff. One downside is no toilet access outside of office hours. I also don't like having to give notice 30 days from the initial booking date, we thought it was just 15 days.. but apart from that no complaints.
Afonso was very helpful to me as a walk-in customer. I was able to see a few storage options before making a decision. Afonso and explained options, access and account set up clearly. I was also reminded about a local sports event that woukd create traffic in the area. Great service with a big smile!
Shurgard storage service is absolutely amazing. The ease of renting a storage unit is amazing. It’s easy, quick and fast I was able to move in my things on the same day of signing up online. I really like the self service of the entire process, I didn’t have to see anyone in person or go through a phone call to start using my storage unit. Accessing the unit is also easy with the app and the being able to access the gates using the app with Bluetooth.
