I had such a fantastic experience with Shurguard. I had to book quite late due to an unexpected move date and they found me the unit I needed at a fantastic price. I went to go and see the unit and Catia showed me around, she was so helpful and answered all of my questions. On the day my movers got access via their handy app so I didn't even have to be there which was helpful with a small baby in tow! Overall an amazing experience and with the first month offer an incredible price. Our house move has been so stressfull but ... read more
Absolutely great service from start to finish. After receiving poor service from another storage facility in Sunbury, we decided to move units. What can I say? The team went above and beyond our expectations, helping us secure a larger unit that better suited our needs. Fantastic work from everyone involved. I would definitely recommend them, and the Hanworth team in particular exceeded what was expected. Thank you for the excellent service!
I had a great experience with Shugard Self Storage, thanks to Catia. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Catia, for your outstanding support—I highly recommend Shugard Self Storage because of the great service you provide!
Its convenient and clean place to keep your stuff. One downside is no toilet access outside of office hours. I also don't like having to give notice 30 days from the initial booking date, we thought it was just 15 days.. but apart from that no complaints.
Catia was very helpful and informative. And helped us a lot. These days it can be quite hard to receive good customer service. A welcome surprise.
