Its convenient and clean place to keep your stuff. One downside is no toilet access outside of office hours. I also don't like having to give notice 30 days from the initial booking date, we thought it was just 15 days.. but apart from that no complaints.
Shurgard storage service is absolutely amazing. The ease of renting a storage unit is amazing. It’s easy, quick and fast I was able to move in my things on the same day of signing up online. Afonso was very helpful to me as a walk-in customer. I was able to see a few storage options before making a decision. Afonso and explained options, access and account set up clearly. I was also reminded about a local sports event that woukd create traffic in the area. Great service with a big smile!

Catia was super helpful at the Hanworth location, she made sure everything was in place before I arrived to sign my contract in order to minimise wait time as I was on a tight schedule. Highly recommended, in fact the Manager, Afonso was also super helpful on my next visit to my unit. Both went above and beyond in order to help me in the best way possible.
