Excellent Service at Shurgard Harlow! I had a really positive experience at Shurgard Harlow. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which made storing my things completely stress-free. Charlotte was especially helpful — she was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s always nice to deal with someone so professional and friendly. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and peace of mind!
Excellent customer service. I visited them one day to get to know the place, space and prices and I was helped by Liam (amazing guy)! A couple days later I went back to sign up and was helped by Charlotte and Aaron (both extremely helpful) they made sure I had everything set up and ready. I definitely recommend Shurgard and the Harlow Team!
Great Service from Aaron. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Went the extra mile to answer my questions and offer solutions to my move that aren't technically storage related. Clearly very experienced in the field!
Brilliant and very hospitable Liam and Charlotte were really attentive and took me through everything I needed to know. Needless to say that I am satisfied with the level of service.
Really easy to sort a unit online and cheapest around the area. Like the access app and to have a call from Aaron the day after moving in checking in that everything was ok…first class service well done to the Team at Shurgard Harlow!
