I have used storage facilities before and the staff at Shurgard Harlow are by far the best staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly but above all they are kind and helpful. They are always ready to help should some thing be too heavy etc. And have often gone the extra mile. A big thank you to Charlotte who checked I had definitely secured my padlock properly when I was having a panic moment on the motorway. Thank you.

HARLOW BRANCH: Friendly staff (Liam and Aaron have been fab!) a lovely big clean unit which is more than adequate for my needs. It's light, it's warm, I've never had a problem with it being too busy to find a spare trolley and easy to load in and out of. Very happy with the service received so far :) EDIT: 22nd April 2026, After being very happy in my unit for 5 months, my rent increased by 25% and has effectively forced me out.
