I have used storage facilities before and the staff at Shurgard Harlow are by far the best staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly but above all they are kind and helpful. They are always ready to help should some thing be too heavy etc. And have often gone the extra mile. A big thank you to Charlotte who checked I had definitely secured my padlock properly when I was having a panic moment on the motorway. Thank you.
Excellent customer service from day one. Easy access at all times. Great location and space for loading and unloading. I highly recommend Shurgard Storage, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Mark!
Even tripping over the pavement on arrival at Shurgard Harlow does not take away from what has been an overwhelmingly simple and positive experience of booking storage space at very short notice. Aaron was so helpful and explained everything to me and I am really impressed by the e tire set up. It doesn’t happen often when you’re moving house that something is more straightforward and costs less than you expect it to. But that has been my experience of Shurgard Harlow. Highly recommend.
Liam and Aaron were absolutely brilliant. They sorted me out quickly, and the entire onboarding process was perfectly smooth. Highly recommend their service!
I've been a customer for the last 6 years, and have no complaints. The staff are absolutely brilliant too.
