I had a great experience at Shurgard Self Storage Harrow. The customer service assistant, Emma, was absolutely brilliant. She provided all the information clearly from beginning to end, explained how to access the unit, showed me around, and guided me through the whole rental process. She also explained the timings and made everything very easy to understand. Ema was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Very friendly member of staff showed us around (sorry, didn't get your name!). He did his best to find me a unit with a good amount of lighting and got us through the booking process efficiently, even though my details weren't on the system at first. Good prices for the units too!
Shugard and Keri made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their warm smiles and genuine helpfulness put me totally at ease, turning what could’ve been a chore into a breeze. Couldn’t recommend them more—such a welcoming vibe!
I had a very good experience at Shurgard Harrow thanks to Nadia. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything easy and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything clearly. Excellent customer service highly recommend!
