Today, my uncle booked a unit, and when we tried to move in, the app wasn't working on his phone. Thankfully, Nadia stepped in to help us multiple times, going in and out. We were really impressed with her customer service. My uncle offered her £20, but she kindly refused, saying she was just doing her job. A huge thank you to that dedicated lady! Even though she was busy with other customers, she still took the time to assist us. She deserves more than five stars!!!!
Items worth thousands of pounds have been stolen, so don’t rent from this company. I was looking to rent a self-storage unit for the first time for my dad, and I chose Shurgard Self Storage because it was affordable and close to my house. After getting the keys and moving all of our expensive items in there, a few days later, my dad went to open his unit, only to find it completely empty—everything had been stolen.
