We had some confusion about our reservation for which I thought it best to visit the branch. Abbas was the cust service on reception. He explained everything clearly and with patience and a smile. He was very reassuring and went, in my opinion, over and above, to allay our fear. I hope Shurgard change their system (which generates a reservation cancellation email to the customer upon a contract being confirmed. This places serves its purpose and is good value for money. I think the whole process needs to be improved and they need to invest more time in training staff and management. In this day and age service is key and I feel that the staff in branch could do with a bit of training. Requested a call back to sort out an overcharge. Unfortunately did not get a reply but managed to get the charge refunded. Would use again but reluctantly as it is closest one to my house. So far so good. Easy to access. Hopefully the price doesn't increase much after 6 months. The staff have also been very helpful when signing up.
Samira ruined my experience. Rather than being helpful she decided to be dismissive. Mansoor was helpful and I would've given a 5 star review if I didn't have to deal with Samiras rude attitude.
I rushed in today to collect my keys after calling ahead last minute and realising the office was about to close, however Kariann spent her time being so hospitable, which saved our move! Thank you for such great service!
