I had a great experience at Shurgard Self Storage Harrow. The customer service assistant, Emma, was absolutely brilliant. She provided all the information clearly from beginning to end, explained how to access the unit, showed me around, and guided me through the whole rental process. She also explained the timings and made everything very easy to understand. Ema was extremely helpful and professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Abbas is a great asset to Shurgard. He is an exemplary employee who goes above and beyond his role to assist customers; is always friendly, courteous and professional. Very friendly member of staff showed us around (sorry, didn't get your name!). He did his best to find me a unit with a good amount of lighting and got us through the booking process efficiently, even though my details weren't on the system at first. Good prices for the units too!
I had a very good experience at Shurgard Harrow thanks to Nadia. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process.
