So far so good. Easy to access. Hopefully the price doesn't increase much after 6 months. The staff have also been very helpful when signing up.
I rushed in today to collect my keys after calling ahead last minute and realising the office was about to close, however Kariann spent her time being so hospitable, which saved our move! Thank you for such great service!

Today, my uncle booked a unit, and when we tried to move in, the app wasn't working on his phone. Thankfully, Nadia stepped in to help us multiple times, going in and out. We were really impressed with her customer service. My uncle offered her £20, but she kindly refused, saying she was just doing her job. A huge thank you to that dedicated lady! Even though she was busy with other customers, she still took the time to assist us. She deserves more than five stars!!!!
I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful little team in Harrow Shurgard. Nadia was assigned to me and was very helpful and patient with me and all my needs. I will be using their services long term for sure. Thanks again x
