Wonderful experience at Shurgard Harrow. Staff member was very helpful showing around the site and ensuring everything works correctly, booking in was incredibly smooth and communication has been excellent, could not fault it one bit. Highly recommended!

We had some confusion about our reservation for which I thought it best to visit the branch. Abbas was the cust service on reception. He explained everything clearly and with patience and a smile. He was very reassuring and went, in my opinion, over and above, to allay our fear. I hope Shurgard change their system (which generates a reservation cancellation email to the customer upon a contract being confirmed.
