I had a fantastic experience with Molly at Shurgard. From the moment I moved in to when I moved out, she was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. She took the time to show me around, provided genuine expert advice on the right storage size. Her customer service was outstanding, thank you Molly!
Goof Service is also communication, Inittially through emails especially when changes are done to the service you bought and if it happens several times means your score goes down as same as credit score would do for people. Read your emails and reply to your costumer. Consider when you're expanding how it affect the costumer as minimum as possible as raise the rent after completion not when still in progress.
Very bad experience. On ground staff was not aware of new units. I had to move my luggage twice from units to units just because the staff was not sure about the unit assigned. Application was not working due to the unit issue. Charging incorrectly and the customer service is not at all polite and helpful.
Fantastic storage units at VERY competitive prices for being inside the M25! AB was fantastic; he showed me the size of the unit I'd reserved plus a few others in case I thought I may need more room, and he also took a look at my contents to double check it would fit into the unit I'd reserved. The photo attached is of a 15 square foot unit, with my sofa partially dismantled fitting perfectly inside it. Highly recommend anyone who needs storage solutions to check this place out!
