My unit got broken into just recently. So I wouldn't recommend it. 30k down. Shurgard are not doing anything about it. They have no cctv in the building. It can be easily broken into. They have just refurbished and built a massive extension and the ceiling is made of metal mesh which anyone can go inside of. And they are making me pay for the next months rent, 🤡.

It was really really a good experience. George helped us a lot with the storage units. Helped us with documents, showed the units which was capable to keep our stuff in and helped us how to use the app, how can we access through. It was really good experience. I recommend this self storage 10/10.
Spoke to Molly who answered all of my queries, pre-demoted half of them. She was friendly, patient, explained everything succinctly and clearly and took time to properly show me the unit. Be more like Molly.
The absolute worst communication I have ever experienced. It is almost impossible to get a hold of this hayes branch. Multiple emails ignored. Multiple calls completely ignored. It is easier to build an iPhone from scratch with no training than it is to get a hold of anyone from this branch. Not to mention nothing gets done when their is a break in and the prices just keep climbing and climbing. Terrible experience. You are better off storing your things in the middle of the street.
