Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received. They make everything so easy for you and are always very helpful, plus the facilities are top notch. I needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and Kevin sorted this for me within minutes. An amazing team with brilliant services.
I had a 5sq ft locker rented for about 6 months and first few weeks was before Shurgard took over Lok'n Store. The process was seamless and didn't have to do anything. Storage space was clean and well maintained, very secure and everything was top notch from day 1 until I left. Wayne and Kevin were more than amazing, communicative and very amicable. Highly recommend this storage space, would definitely use again.

Visit the store rather than book over the phone. I booked a unit that was too small. 25ft sounds quite big but in reality needed two sizes bigger. Kevin was excellent in sorting out exactly what we needed. The whole set up went smoothly. Highly recommended.
