Really straight forward experience signing up for a unit for the first time, great deal as a new customer. Kevin was super helpful getting it all arranged, even a goodie bag waiting in the unit. Perfect service all round!
I had a 5sq ft locker rented for about 6 months and first few weeks was before Shurgard took over Lok'n Store. The process was seamless and didn't have to do anything. Storage space was clean and well maintained, very secure and everything was top notch from day 1 until I left. Wayne and Kevin were more than amazing, communicative and very amicable. Highly recommend this storage space, would definitely use again.

Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. The unit is well managed and clean. The app is very good and the times that you can access the unit are great!
