This has been, without question, the most horrific and unprofessional experience I have ever had with any business. Michelle, the so-called manager, is unbelievably unpleasant, unhelpful, and downright rude. Michelle is the most unpleasant and unprofessional manager and I would move all my stuff out immediately if it wasn't such an ordeal. I have never encountered such a nightmare of an experience. My appointment was at 10am and the front office was closed. No one to tell me anything. Then after I check in I find out there are all these additional charges. I ask for where this is explained in a contract. Nothing sent. Charges keep changing. Threats that my goods are going to be removed. Absolutely horrific.
Raeford at Kingston Shurgard was amazing! So friendly, helpful, funny - he had no idea how much we are going through or the difficult circumstances we are working with that meant we needed temporary storage, but he had us smiling, feeling good, and he is a genuinely caring and delightful person who put big smiles on our faces.
