Fantastic, friendly and amazing customer service here at Shurgard Kensington. The staff Rohan and Ray always providing excellent customer service. I need to do a unit transfer and down size and they both helped me do that without any trouble. Keep up the good work!

I had an excellent experience at Shurgard Kensington, thanks to Ray. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such outstanding customer service, and Ray is a real credit to the Shurgard Kensington team. Thank you for all your help—I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for secure storage and great customer service.
