I used Shurgard on Freston Road, just a short walk from Latimer Road station, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with friendly staff and smooth, easy access through their app, which controls entry to the building. The storage units are clean, well-signposted, and easy to reach. There are plenty of trolleys available to move items in and out, with parking provided inside as well. 100% satisfied with Shurgard Kensington. Michelle the manager was incredibly patient and helpful and found me the perfect space at a very keen price. Access is really easy and the whole building feels clean and bright. There are plenty of alternatives in the area but from what I've seen this is easily the best.
This has been, without question, the most horrific and unprofessional experience I have ever had with any business. Michelle, the so-called manager, is unbelievably unpleasant, unhelpful, and downright rude. If it wasn’t such a massive ordeal to move all of my things, I would have taken everything out immediately just to avoid dealing with her. My appointment was scheduled for 10am.
