I used Shurgard on Freston Road, just a short walk from Latimer Road station, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with friendly staff and smooth, easy access through their app, which controls entry to the building. The storage units are clean, well-signposted, and easy to reach. Everything was ok with the storage safe and with the staff. Ray and Michelle, a familiar French name, in Kensington storage help me with the last things after more of 1 year that i stay there. I find the app good enough too and the communication with the central office good. I preferred when it closed at 11pm but now the staff is there 7/7.
Great experience working with Ray who was a consummate professional and a pleasure. He set me up for success, was quick to help when I needed a change in plans, and was clear in setting expectations. My first time renting space and I felt very confident after working with him. Would recommend.
