I used Shurgard on Freston Road, just a short walk from Latimer Road station, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with friendly staff and smooth, easy access through their app, which controls entry to the building. The storage units are clean, well-signposted, and easy to reach. There are plenty of trolleys available to move items in and out, with parking provided inside as well. Ray at Shurgard Kensington was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He went out of his way to make the whole process smooth and stress-free…nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, really appreciated his time and effort. Highly recommend!
100% satisfied with Shurgard Kensington. Michelle the manager was incredibly patient and helpful and found me the perfect space at a very keen price. Access is really easy and the whole building feels clean and bright. There are plenty of alternatives in the area but from what I've seen this is easily the best.
The best customer service ever from Suf and Patrice today. Both were super helpful, friendly and professional. I am so impressed by both of them. 10/10
