We had a great experience! We needed a larger unit, and Darren was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth and easy highly recommend!
It was such an amazing experience to feel at ease when moving houses are time-consuming! The storage that I have picked was on the upper floor; however, it is priced slightly cheaper. I did ask Brandon, Darren, and Annette if I shall move to a ground-level- they gave me great advice and encouraged me once it is done it will get easier and IT IS! They went extra miles to help! Darren is helping also to tape some of my boxes! Highly recommend this place!
First time renting wasn't sure how things worked. Annette was really helpful and accommodating. There was an issue at Euston storage with the lift but she went out of her way to find a solution. Kept me informed and updated. Showed me how everything worked with the app and storage My lock didn't fit and she helped me with that too. Thank you so much Annette
Great Team at Shurgard Kentish Town. My circumstances keep changing and I had to extend my storage on multiple times. Mo, Brandon, Annette & Darren were all very accommodating and made it so easy and yes I would definitely use Shurgard Kentish Town again.
Great service. They just got a unit sorted for me, no hassle. The £1 for 1 month promotion really saved my bacon. Darren is a lovely guy.
