I had a good experience with storing my items at Shurgard at Kentish town. Always friendly and helpful staff and really good price deals. I only had to move out due to moving too far away from this storage facility. Thanks to Darren for helping with a smooth exit. I would recommend this place to others.

Took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely went above and beyond. Customer service like this is rare these days — highly recommend asking for Darren if you visit.
Top marks for customer service from Annette (Kentish Town) while getting my paperwork and logistics in order for my storage locker. I popped into the office in person. She was very helpful and friendly. Previous coordination with other Shurgard staff over the phone have also gone well. I don’t actually have access to my storage space until a few weeks ahead but so far so good.
I was initially quite frustrated as I had booked a unit but experienced several issues in the weeks leading up to my move-in date. I wasn’t receiving the welcome emails or key information, and had to call three times just to get the basics sorted — not an ideal experience. However, once I arrived, Darren and Brandon were fantastic. They guided me through everything, were incredibly helpful, and completely turned things around. I’d happily return for any future storage needs thanks to their excellent service.
