Shurgard Chalk Farm was fully self-service with no staff available on site, which made the situation frustrating when I couldn’t find anyone to help. Top marks for customer service from Annette (Kentish Town) while getting my paperwork and logistics in order for my storage locker. I popped into the office in person. She was very helpful and friendly. Previous coordination with other Shurgard staff over the phone have also gone well. I don’t actually have access to my storage space until a few weeks ahead but so far so good.
