I dropped in to get a rough idea of pricing. Annette behind the desk was very helpful, explaining how prices vary with supply and demand. She even took me to look at a storage unit, so I could get a realistic idea of what I might need. Good service - she handled my casual enquiry well, and I got what I came for.
