Great overall experience using shurgard storage. Excellent customer service was provided to me by Annette at Kentish Town Branch and I am more than satisfied with her service and the business. I highly recommend being a shurgard customer.
Annette has been amazing since day 1! She helped so much and also always very positive. Brandon has always been a good help.
It was such an amazing experience to feel at ease when moving houses are time-consuming! The storage that I have picked was on the upper floor; however, it is priced slightly cheaper. I did ask Brandon, Darren, and Annette if I shall move to a ground-level- they gave me great advice and encouraged me once it is done it will get easier and IT IS! They went extra miles to help! Darren is helping also to tape some of my boxes! Highly recommend this place!
Brandon, Dean and Darren are very accomodationg I inquired at Shurgard and they were very approachable too. The facility is spacious, clean, and looks very secure. The Kentish Town location is also in a safe neighbourhood, which gives extra peace of mind. Overall, highly recommended!
I was told the staff here were amazing. And, sure enough, Annette and Brandon exceeded that high expectation. Amazingly customer friendly service!
