Shurgard its so easy to book storage. But that's as good as it get. Was supposed to be so easy to get in and out. but on a Saturday you on your own. Took me 20 minutes to get in the gate. But was as far as I could get. Now locked in the yard with removal company sitting on my drive it took me 3hrs 13en phone call to get out. No manager on site but the key pad say you need to speak to manager. Unhelpful staff told there nothing the could do. Othe people coming to access the unit but had to leave with out gaining entry. It was so easy to get set up online and then visiting the unit was easy to gain access and get set up. Lovely welcome pack inside the unit. Everything was where it was supposed to be and got set up without a problem. The whole area is very secure and I felt very safe storing my belongings. Trolleys were available to help with my stuff. Unit and facility is so clean and tidy and well looked after. It’s a decent price
Brilliant efficient and super friendly service at the Kettering Shurguard storage. The place is spotless, onsite help until 6pm every day. Code entrance with an App. Even got a follow up call to check all is well from Wendy. I got a 75sqft unit and it is spacious with excellent height clearance for stacking. I was advised changing size of unit up or down in size doesn't incure any fees, so its perfect for long term storage for a business with changing needs. Many thanks staff at Shurguard!
Amazing and easy. Great customer service. Was nervous about cancelling but only took two minutes to have a chat to get that sorted. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with
Really poor customer service. Seems there is a policy of stealing your money after you have vacated the property. We told the staff handed back our lock but was still charged a further £80. Went into store and staff point blank refused to help. Called head office again pout. Blank refused to help. Had to retrieve the money through. Visa dispute with the bank. Will never use their service again. Hate thieves especially business thieves. The offer looks good but it’s a con.
