Took a unit on while the back garden was being landscaped, 6 months ago. Now the garden has been completed and the lock up unit has been emptied to half full. The staff (Wendy) was extremely helpful and transitioning to a new (smaller) unit was effortlessly. Professional and polite. Would recommend.

I moved from the Wellingborough branch to the Kettering branch for convenience. The process of registering was good. The building is clean, and the trolleys are a good size, and easy to manoeuvre. I’m glad I made the move. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff on hand. I stress the friendly part- which is lovely to see and experience. I left there with a smile on my face and a recommendation for a lovely restaurant which I will try out tomorrow. Thanks again.
Good service overall, the staff were very helpful and presented our options to us. After our first visit we received a courtesy call to check if everything is okay. We've made half a dozen trips at the time of writing and had a warm welcome each time. The rooms are secure and dry. Would definitely recommend.
