I moved in on the 22nd November. The process couldn’t be easier and smoothly and Rachel from reception is a real gem. She helped me to set up the app and was very friendly , polite and helpful. Impeccable customer service. Thank you and keep it like that

I have hired a unit at this location, as it was closer to home and was the best price by far. The service when booking was good and the site is relatively new and very clean, unlike a lot of units. I obtained my own insurance and on arrival Wendy helped take this off the bill, she was friendly and also explained how to access the site, plus everything else I needed to know. I would certainly recommend this company.
