Worst storage service ever! Google lists their opening hours as until 9 PM on weekdays, but when I arrived at 7:15 PM yesterday, the storage facility was already closed. I wasn’t the only one, two other people were also waiting to access their unit. I called customer service, and the representative said he would transfer me to the manager, only to disconnect the call. Despite multiple attempts, no one answered.
