Excellent customer service. Jacqueline was thorough with her explanation and made sure everything was clear. Easy to enter and exit the building. Everything is digital now. Very good location. I would definitely recommend it.
The entire system, from signing up to accessing the facility, is super efficient! Nice, new, super clean facility. Sasha at the office went out of his way to get us all set up. Thanks for the excellent service!
I had a small issue with my registration at the store in Köln-Lövenich. However, the store managers especially Jaqueline Malgadey, was very helpful and supportive, and everything was handled smoothly.
Great service, very professional and efficient.
Great price and friendly staffs!
