The storage went smoothly. The employees on the hotline and in the warehouse are very friendly and helpful. I had problems with my lock and an employee immediately came and helped me. The warehouse itself is sufficiently large, secure with various code-encrypted entrances and with the app the authentication always works great. There are large carts on site so you can easily move everything from the car to the warehouse. So I have absolutely nothing negative to say :) Thank you!
I have been a customer for a year and am completely satisfied! So far I haven't had any problems, and if a question or concern did arise, I was always helped quickly and competently. The staff are incredibly nice, helpful and professional. It's rare to find a service like this - absolutely recommended!
