I've been renting my storage unit since November 1, 2024. Everything was great, affordable, and hassle-free until 6 (!) months later, when I received a price increase of almost 25%. Of course, you have the option to change storage units, but who does that? That's exactly how they make their money. The storage went smoothly. The employees on the hotline and in the warehouse are very friendly and helpful. I had problems with my lock and an employee immediately came and helped me. The warehouse itself is sufficiently large, secure with various code-encrypted entrances and with the app the authentication always works great. There are large carts on site so you can easily move everything from the car to the warehouse. So I have absolutely nothing negative to say :) Thank you!
