I was surprised that I must visit Zaventem before the start of my resting period in Leuven, but thanks to the Employees - Istvan and Miguel - this visit was a pleasure. Safe storage, bathroom on the site (nice addition). I truly recommend.

I was looking for a temporary parking spot. I found it at Shurgard without a problem. Booking went fast. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. When I cancelled after a while this was also handled very professional and in a friendly fashion. Just be aware when booking that you will need an insurance if you want to store a car. Shurgard can also supply an insurance but it is a cost you do not expect before booking. So, no criticism on Shurgard, just a warning to keep in mind.
Excellent service. Easy to move around with the app and it feels very secure. We were assisted by Laura and she was really kind and helpful.
