Pros: 15 min walk from Euston station. The 25 square ft is pretty good size. Cons: The reception/office moved to Kentish Town so if you need anything, you will have to go there. There are only 3 trolleys (one of them is broken). The lift is old and there is only 1 lift and the corridor downstairs doesn't have enough space to get out of the lift with the trolley.
Annette served me over the phone. He was very quick and efficient whilst giving all the necessary information in detail. Brilliant customer service skills.
Would like to leave a 5 stars review for Darren the store manager, he was very very helpful and friendly! He even helped me on a Friday night out of work hours when I had some trouble getting in. Cheap and spacious place, 24 hours self access. Can drive your car into the main entrance under shelter. They also have loading trolleys available, makes moving so much easier.
Annette was very professional, made my life so easy. Will defiantly recommend to friends and family. Thank you and the team for everything
