Fix the lift at Euston Shurgard. How can it be out of service for months? Everything else is fine. Unfortunately I will have to move to another provider, as the lift has been broken on/off for months with zero support or end in sight. It’s unacceptable for 1) an unmanned storage facility, which Euston is and 2) a multi-floor storage facility, which Euston is. Not cool man. Update 18/03/26. Great experience with Shurgard. Daniela was especially helpful — I had quite a few questions before moving in, and she responded very promptly every time. Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The move-in was very convenient as well — everything could be done on the phone without needing to visit the office, which saved a lot of time.
