Not had a good experience due to lack of customer service. Having to carry heavy storage to a floor above as they have no lift is very dangerous. If they have no space on the ground floor you’re pretty much doomed. I would suggest invest in a pretty stable storage facility with lifts just in case - Billed me twice due to their own billing error and tried to blame me for their incompetent system and their own lack of resources…

I've been to this place on multiple occasions over the years, to collect Cargo for my clients, who live in Jamaica, and they use this storage place all the time... my clients must be happy with them. I've always been in and out as quickly as possible... staff seems friendly
