Fantastic staff! They assist with everything you need and clearly explain the process. The building, hallways, and storage units are spotless, and I feel completely safe keeping my belongings there.
Excellent service, Colin was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He even stayed overtime with us since we had an issue with a lock, and kept a positive attitude throughout. He offered free juice for our troubles and translated a call for us (which was not even his job but he was so helpful). Thank you thank you thank you

A wonderful experience from start to finish! The team as Shurgard helped me deal with my urgent need for storage by providing the perfect solution for my requirements. All the team members I spoke with were super; Colin in particular was fantastic to deal with. Would definitely recommend Shurgard to everyone.
Very friendly and open staff! They explained the whole process and access ways super nice and even invited me to a coffee. Love the customer service and the access ways are made super easy with a well functioning app. Highly recommended!
