A very clean and well run facility with friendly and helpful staff. Brian patiently showed me a number of new spaces so I could get a sense of their volumes, and was clear and communicative about the contract. I will definitely continue to use Shurgard!
After a long and overwhelming day, Brian was so helpful and even made personally sure that I was able to retrieve all my things. He called the locksmith and did his absolute best despite finishing work in 10 minutes.

Excellent service, Colin was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He even stayed overtime with us since we had an issue with a lock, and kept a positive attitude throughout.
