I’ve had the fortunate experience of getting a young lad, Reece, on the phone twice now. Both times he’s been incredible with my difficult personal situations and additional needs. He’s very empathetic and understanding, patient and explains things very clearly! He will take as much time as you need without any pressure or sign of disinterest. This place has offered me a storage at half of the price what I was paying elsewhere and also double size of the locker I currently have. The service here is impeccable. Carina was really friendly and talked me through the options available. Carina was attentive and eager to ensure I get what I am looking for and also at the best price possible. Also her customer service is truly commendable.
