The whole Shurgard team were exceptionally helpful when using there storage facility. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. Karina on the front desk was especially brilliant in helping me find the best solutions for my storage needs. For me great service goes a long way and that is exactly what I got here at the Maidenhead location.
Great place. Nice deal, good customer service. Nice and secure grounds. You use you phone to get in and out. You can also set up guest accounts when needed. Use your 8 digit code for that. Happy and will certainly use again. 🖖
Really helpful and friendly service from all the staff I interacted with. Spoke to a staff member on the phone and was advised about the best plan for my needs. Then Skendar was very helpful in answering questions during the facility introductions. I did have minor problems with the app for building and lift access where I had to restart it everytime to unlock something but otherwise had a great experience.
Met Reece today in Maidenhead, what an amazing guy, super helpful, really knows his stuff and made the whole transaction simple! Reece you should be the Manager!! Thanks again
