The whole Shurgard team were exceptionally helpful when using there storage facility. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. Karina on the front desk was especially brilliant in helping me find the best solutions for my storage needs. For me great service goes a long way and that is exactly what I got here at the Maidenhead location.
I visited Shurgard Self Storage to buy some boxes and was really impressed by the great promotion they had. Carina was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. We recently approached Carina at Shurgard in Maidenhead to hire a suitable space to store our possessions. She was very informative about the size of the storage spaces, the process of signing up and how to use the space effectively. She had a great sense of humour and managed to answer all our questions patiently! A professional and secure service.
I’ve had the fortunate experience of getting a young lad, Reece, on the phone twice now. Both times he’s been incredible with my difficult personal situations and additional needs. He’s very empathetic and understanding, patient and explains things very clearly! He will take as much time as you need without any pressure or sign of disinterest. Cannot express how appreciative I am for the kind and understanding service I received, if I could pick who answers each time I would choose Reece!
I called today and spoke to Carina as I received an email saying that there was going to be a change in my invoice. She was very helpful and gave me the options available to me. I am very pleased with Shurguards and the excellent customer care I received from Carina today.
