Clean, easy access, and the place feels safe. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. But the app is a bit ridiculous. It kept throwing fits on different phones and service providers, to the point where I ended up reinstalling it while standing in the elevator just to get out. That shouldn’t be a thing. Also not thrilled about the creeping costs. The extra £20 a month for insurance on top of the rent pushes it into “this is getting expensive” territory, and it does feel a bit like hidden add-ons. I rented a large unit for 3 months whilst I was between houses. The facilities are excellent. Plenty of parking, always trollies available and very clean. The security is fantastic but easy to access with the app on my phone, which itself was very easy to set up. Also the fact that you can get to your unit up until 9pm every day was really helpful. Husband and I were helping his brother move some stuff this week just gone. Excellent experience at this centre. Accommodating and friendly staff and manager (Skender) were super useful throughout. Would recommend this storage centre.
Amazing service! Skender has always been incredibly helpful and has a great amount of knowledge. The other staff members are simply wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
