Among other things, my locker was broken into and valuables stolen. The cameras are fake, and no security system works. No one has addressed the problem. Access codes to the storage units are issued via online request. According to our research, this isn't the first time this has happened. Shurgard is stonewalling, isn't taking care of the situation, and isn't paying for the damage. The lawsuit has been going on for three years.
Booked online quickly and easily for short-term needs and signed a contract. Access is easy, the facility is clean, and the naturally ventilated room is sufficiently bright. Friendly service from the on-site staff; everything was perfect.
