Prime Storage was a great company that offered excellent service. Ms. Keuthen, Mr. Bimmerlein, and later Mr. Schnell made it something special: friendly and competent. It's a disgrace how Shurgard is ruining the location and the staff, all at the expense of the customers. I'm done with this company and advise everyone: find something else, both customers and employees!
Very friendly staff during consultation and contract signing. The entire facility, including the building, storage rooms, loading area, and electronic access, is absolutely professional and tidy. Everything is excellent and clean. I highly recommend it.
