Friendly and pleasant before signing the contract – afterwards, a disaster. I was told, quite firmly, that I had to buy a specific lock for €14.99, supposedly because only uniform locks were allowed. That was a lie. Each room had its own lock, my daughter already had the exact same lock – yet I was treated extremely rudely on-site and pressured into buying it. For the rental of storage space to store some trade fair goods and demonstrators, very constructive telephone consultation with a suggestion for an on-site visit to ensure everything was suitable. Special requests (wide door, aisle and door widths) were competently accommodated. Smooth and quick contract conclusion.
