For the rental of storage space to store some trade fair goods and demonstrators, very constructive telephone consultation with a suggestion for an on-site visit to ensure everything was suitable. Special requests (wide door, aisle and door widths) were competently accommodated. Smooth and quick contract conclusion.
New entry, January 7, 2026: When I recently tried to access my storage unit at Shurgard Mainz, the keypad at the entrance had been removed. I tried calling the phone number posted on the gate, but was unsuccessful. I no longer had access to my storage unit. Upon inquiry, Shurgard Mainz stated that this was not a defect, but rather intentional. Booked online quickly and easily for short-term needs and signed a contract. Access is easy, the facility is clean, and the naturally ventilated room is sufficiently bright. Friendly service from the on-site staff; everything was perfect.
