Excellent experience from start to finish. I was welcomed by Samantha and Iain (apologies if I've misspelled the names). Samantha handled all the paperwork quickly and explained everything clearly and professionally. Once that was done, Iain promptly showed me to my storage unit and made sure I knew where everything was. The whole process was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. Both were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended.
