The storage Team, help us with my booking misunderstanding. Also they help us to cancel our storage, with possibility to extend a bit. Especially Adnan and Polina. This was the easiest part to move to Munich :)
I commonly don't take time to write a review but wanted to share my story with other current / future storage locker tenants at Shurgard's facility in Unterföhring/Munich. When I moved away from Munich in 8/2021, I stored my hiking / mountaineering equipment in Shurgard's storage facility in Unterfoehring. When I returned in 6/2024 to take out a few items I found that most of my stored items had vanished from the otherwise undamaged locker (value around $1600). Very efficient and friendly service, great prices too. After comparing various storage companies in Munich, Shurgard had the best offer. Also, we were lucky to be serviced by Kristina H. who was really competent, fast and nice! The second time was just as good, with Polina E., either Shurgard only hires great people or they train them to be exceedingly nice and most efficient. Nr 1 in customer service, not just with people but also with systems, everything is easy and fast!
Very informative staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Answered all of my questions and showed me various storage rooms so that I could choose which one was best for me. Shurguard also has the best prices in the area.
Always top service over the phone and in person.
