Very efficient and friendly service, great prices too. After comparing various storage companies in Munich, Shurgard had the best offer. Also, we were lucky to be serviced by Kristina H. who was really competent, fast and nice! The second time was just as good, with Polina E., either Shurgard only hires great people or they train them to be exceedingly nice and most efficient. Nr 1 in customer service, not just with people but also with systems, everything is easy and fast!

Very informative staff who were very friendly and accommodating. Answered all of my questions and showed me various storage rooms so that I could choose which one was best for me. Shurguard also has the best prices in the area.
The complete procedure is simple and the staff is really very nice and helpful, no complaints there. As for the storage space itself, we've had a few problems. 1. On the first day a sprinkler system or something like this was broken and flooded a part of the storage spaces, so we had to move all of the stuff in another storage space. Of course at that point we did not open the boxes to check for any water damage, although there was some, which I found out only after a few months when coming back for the stuff. 2.
