We received excellent service from the Montigny-le-Bretonneux location both before arriving in France and at the point of delivery. They were professional and responsive, explained requirements clearly on the phone and were very helpful on the day of delivery.

Following a move, I urgently needed a storage unit, and I was advised by Aurore, who took the time to advise me and understand my issues in order to best guide me. She was lovely and patient. I was able to access my unit easily for the first time without a receptionist (as I arrived on Saturday evening) because the instructions were clearly communicated. The premises are clean and secure, and thanks to the app, everything is intuitive. In any case, for me, this is a positive review for Shurgard units.
