Easy process and good service. Storage space is clean and accessible. Little pricey but the first month is for free so it balances the total cost well, on a short term at least.

After being a customer of Shurgard for many years, I am now a very satisfied customer of Instorage. The storage area is clean and well lit. A couple of weeks ago I changed my storage and was quickly helped with access to the new storage on a Saturday so I could start moving things at once. However, one could imagine that if you upgrade your storage, you could avoid the cost of double storage by instead paying the difference between the different storages.
