Easy process and good service. Storage space is clean and accessible. Little pricey but the first month is for free so it balances the total cost well, on a short term at least.

After being a customer of Shurgard for many years, I am now very satisfied as a customer of Instorage. The storage area is clean and well lit. A couple of weeks ago I switched up my storage and quickly got help with access to the new storage on a Saturday so I could start moving things at once. On the other hand, you can imagine that if you upgrade storage, you could avoid the cost of double storage by instead paying the difference for the different storages.
Instorage has modern, fine premises that are easily accessible and easy to access. What I really appreciate is the personal service and friendly treatment I have received over the years. Always getting answers and quick help is very valuable in contexts like this. Thank you for being there! 😊
