I have rented Shurgard before but never received such a good service like the one in Neasden. Nadia was very helpful. She made my experience quick and efficient. Do really recommend the units here, easy acces and enough parking available.
Had an issue with pricing (promised a lower price but overtime was charged more than the agreement) and was regularly promised a callback to resolve after they had consulted with management. PLS NOTE: This was through the Edgware Branch. This went on for about 2 months without any response from them. It overtime accrued charges and interest.
