Professional reception from the team. Excellent customer service and problem solving by Caroline. She listened to my complex needs and provided multiple options for my consideration. She anticipated my expectations and was able to provide assurance on the final decision. I am pleased with the response and would readily seek Caroline's support again.
The attention was horrible, totally unpolite. The 2 ladies who I speak with were so arrogant that they didn't listen to my request, didn't let me explain what I needed. Completely bad experience.

Shurgard is a perfect place for us to store the bike boxes while out exploring the French Alps. Much more affordable than the airport storage and just a few stops away with the tram. Staff offers great service and are very helpful. Used it twice, and will be using it again.
