I can only comment on customer service, as contract not started yet. Seyyed was super helpful, talked me through every step, and I really appreciated the communication in English, as my Dutch is non-existent.
Spontaneously went to look at a storage unit and got a tour right away. Also habe great monthly deals and the employees were very helpful and answered all my questions
