Nice place to store things safe
Excellent concept! I signed up over the phone with Mourad (Lille), who was very welcoming, answered all my questions, and offered me the best possible contract. I signed up for a storage unit in Noisy-le-Grand and was greeted by Sabrina. She was very friendly, showed me around the premises, and explained the different access points. It's a great alternative when you need storage space! I highly recommend it!
Hello, I used the Noisy-le-Grand branch. I received excellent service. The service and organization were top-notch. My interactions with the team members were very friendly (especially with Mr. Christophe). The center is very clean, and the moving equipment is really good. I highly recommend this Shurgard center. I called and spoke with Mourad (Lille), who advised me and took the necessary steps to start preparing my application/contract. Once I arrived in Noisy, a bit late as it was 6 pm, Ratiba took the time, despite the late hour, to finalize the application, give me a tour, and show me how everything worked. Thank you to Mourad and Ratiba for their professionalism. However, could you please ensure that there are several trolleys available? I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to finish using one.
