Ratiba provided an excellent welcome. She was very professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain how the spaces and procedures worked. The premises are clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. The entire process was simple and efficient, which was much appreciated.
The welcome was perfect during the day, but despite the promised access until 9 pm, I arrived at 6:50 pm to find the gate closed, my car full of boxes to unload, my belongings to retrieve from inside, and no response to my phone or emails... it forced me to change my plans and spend the night in a hotel... I sincerely hope that access will be possible on Sunday from 7 am as promised
A very warm welcome and excellent support during the installation process, which was very well explained. The procedures are very simple, having used other self-storage facilities before. The unit doors are very lightweight and easy to open, ladies – they've thought of us! High-quality service and excellent follow-up. Thank you for your dedication to your customers.
