Nice place to store things safe
Hello, I used the Noisy-le-Grand branch. I received excellent service. The service and organization were top-notch. My interactions with the team members were very friendly (especially with Mr. Christophe). The center is very clean, and the moving equipment is really good. I highly recommend this Shurgard center. Sincerely.
Excellent concept! I signed up over the phone with Mourad (Lille), who was very welcoming, answered all my questions, and offered me the best possible contract. I signed up for a storage unit in Noisy-le-Grand and was greeted by Sabrina. She was very friendly, showed me around the premises, and explained the different access points. It's a great alternative when you need storage space! I highly recommend it!
The welcome was perfect during the day, but despite the promised access until 9 pm, I arrived at 6:50 pm to find the gate closed, my car full of boxes to unload, my belongings to retrieve from inside, and no response to my phone or emails... it forced me to change my plans and spend the night in a hotel... I sincerely hope that access will be possible on Sunday from 7 am as promised
A truly excellent welcome and exemplary service. The lady who helped me was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. I highly recommend them!
