Nice place to store things safe
I would like to warmly thank Ratiba for her exceptional welcome. From the moment I arrived, she was very professional, friendly, and above all, very clear in her explanations. She took the time to explain everything in detail, from how the storage facility works to the rates and access procedures, which was very reassuring. Her helpfulness and kindness made the experience simple and pleasant. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive! Ratiba provided an excellent welcome. She was very professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain how the spaces and procedures worked. The premises are clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. The entire process was simple and efficient, which was much appreciated.
The welcome was perfect during the day, but despite the promised access until 9 pm, I arrived at 6:50 pm to find the gate closed, my car full of boxes to unload, my belongings to retrieve from inside, and no response to my phone or emails... it forced me to change my plans and spend the night in a hotel... I sincerely hope that access will be possible on Sunday from 7 am as promised
Thank you for your kindness. The team is super friendly. Thank you to Ratina, Christophe, and Cécile.
