The company are very efficient with good deals and the Branch Manager, Sue was very helpful and explained everything clearly on all aspects of owning a unit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shurgard Norbury to anyone looking for self storage.

Has “24 hours” written in big writing leading you to believe that you can access your belongings at any time (It says it’s 24hr surveillance), but they do not tell you that once you leave the premises to use the toilet (as theirs are always locked!) it won’t let you back in past 21:00. I had a big pile of stuff left unattended because I couldn’t get back into the building. They give you a helpline to call, but no one is available after certain hours.
