I've been using Shurguard for a couple of years now and finally filled up my small unit, so I needed to upgrade. Georgia helped get me squared away. Unfortunately, we discovered that the larger unit I was meant to take had not been left in good condition. Georgia offered to clean it up straight away or reassign me to another unit. I was on the phone to the customer support office, and the staff member named Emer was extremely friendly and helpful - she was very attentive when listening to my issue and was great at both finding and explaining the solutions to me. She was great! Much appreciated

Georgia at the shop was very helpful and attentive :) First time purchasing storage boxes at a self storage place and she made it easy! Also a competitive price for actually strong boxes

I came to find out how much and how can i get a storage. The lady at the desk named Georgia was an amazing help, showed me the differance between sizes of storage and perfectly explain how to acces the site and the storage. Then at the reception she cleary explain the contract and the rules. Very very helpfull and profesional service.

This is the first time I have used a storage unit. The variety of boxes was helpful, both medium and small which met my needs. Also the service was great and the whole vicinity was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend using this is as storage.
