I used this storage facility last month while shifting houses and had a great experience. Lesley at Riverside was very patient and helpful today. Gave very detailed information and showed the facilities. He was very polite and very professional. Storage fees reasonable and the facility is secure.
Our experience with Shurgard Northampton Riverside has been extremely poor and deeply frustrating. We have had a unit here for years, and wanting to move to a unit that did not have shelving we called up to see if this was possible. We were quoted a specific price over the phone for a unit by Flo before visiting the site.
