I have been today to rent a storage, very pleased with the costumer service, easy and smooth. Lesley has been outstanding and clear about the fees and found be good price for space need. Defenetly recommend! Very pleasant experience.

Just moved my stuff into Shurgard Self Storage Northampton and I'm already impressed! Lesley and Cam were super helpful in getting me set up with the perfect unit. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process a breeze. The facility is convenient and I feel really good about the security. They both helped me find my unit and gave me some great tips for organizing my stuff. So far, so good – definitely recommend checking them out if you need storage

Unfortunately, I have to change my previous rating and review due to a fraudulent experience with Shurgard. Please be cautious about their advertised offers—there are hidden terms and conditions that are not clearly communicated. During a recent call, a customer service agent even advised me not to trust the staff at the storage location, which is quite alarming. The process of letting a storage was very easy, the staff are also very helpful and the whole process was smooth and easy. Would definitely come back again.
