Our experience with Shurgard Northampton Riverside has been extremely poor and deeply frustrating. We have had a unit here for years, and wanting to move to a unit that did not have shelving we called up to see if this was possible. We were quoted a specific price over the phone for a unit by Flo before visiting the site. I have been today to rent a storage, very pleased with the costumer service, easy and smooth. Lesley has been outstanding and clear about the fees and found be good price for space need. Defenetly recommend! Very pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, I have to change my previous rating and review due to a fraudulent experience with Shurgard. Please be cautious about their advertised offers—there are hidden terms and conditions that are not clearly communicated. During a recent call, a customer service agent even advised me not to trust the staff at the storage location, which is quite alarming.
