Such a great experience at Shurgard in riverside. Charlie and Emma have been so helpful in the administration process and everything has been setup seamlessly. Such a friendly team, which gives me so much confidence if I ever need any assistance. An easy app application to access the building makes the whole process simple and easy! Thank you ladies, looking forward to moving in!
Moving in was great. I’ve used them before and it was just as easy now as it was the last time. I also received a follow up call from Rachel to check in on how it went for me which was really nice. She was lovely and gave me some more information that I needed which was really helpful.
Charley and Rachel are always so friendly. The store is always clean and tidy. Thank you shurgard for the units.
My friend stored here until his unit was robbed. I went there a few times an it is awful, no staff, dirty and obviously not safe.... took a picture when we found it had been turned over. Horrible place and company.
