I used this storage facility last month while shifting houses and had a great experience. Please be cautious about their advertised offers—there are hidden terms and conditions that are not clearly communicated. During a recent call, a customer service agent even advised me not to trust the staff at the storage location, which is quite alarming. I have been today to rent a storage, very pleased with the costumer service, easy and smooth. Lesley has been outstanding and clear about the fees and found be good price for space need. Defenetly recommend! Very pleasant experience.
