I used this storage facility last month while shifting houses and had a great experience. I booked a 20 sq ft storage space for £33.90 after the first-month offer, and the price even included the lock. When I first arrived, the gate didn’t open with the code I had, but customer service quickly helped me out by generating a new one, and everything worked perfectly after that. Moving in was great. I’ve used them before and it was just as easy now as it was the last time. I also received a follow up call from Rachel to check in on how it went for me which was really nice. She was lovely and gave me some more information that I needed which was really helpful.
Great service through out from opening my account, to taking on the storage unit, all the way to when I gave my storage up. Price was great for what I needed and would suggest to anyone needing storage facility. Helped a lot with my house move. Would use again if I need the service in future.
Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs. My experience with Shurgard Northampton has been nothing short of disgraceful. I discovered a German cockroach infestation in my storage unit, which left me seriously concerned about the condition and safety of my belongings. The last thing anyone expects when paying for storage is to worry about pests damaging their possessions. Lesley at Riverside was very patient and helpful today. Gave very detailed information and showed the facilities. He was very polite and very professional. Storage fees reasonable and the facility is secure.
