I visited Shurgard to provide my ID and confirm my booking, and Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, welcoming and explained everything clearly, making the whole process quick and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent in every area, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help. Emma is a real credit to the team, and I would highly recommend this Shurgard location because of the great experience she provided. Thank you, Emma!
Excellent customer service at Riverside Shurgard today. One of the lifts were out of action and Emma was so helpful and walked me around the whole unit to show me the to the working lift. Lovely attitude and so kind thank you, Karin
Great service. Rachel made the whole process really easy, explained everything, showed me different sized containers and ran me through the app. Made it a seamless process!
Iain has provided great service to us today. He was extremely helpful, explained everything really thoroughly and even more than we asked. What a great experience!! Thank you Shurgard team and Iain.
I have had a lovely experience with Shurgard Self Storage. Everything was done online but I had people calling to double check I was okay and if I needed any help. I can access my storage easily, all I needed to do was download an app, which I can share my code with anyone (I used this with the movers). I totally recommend them!
