Few days ago I visited for the first time Shurgard at Riverside Northampton. In the reception I met a very helpful lady Emma who guided me step by step through a whole process. Emma has been absolutely brilliant. If you ever visit Riverside branch ask for Emma and she definitely will help you out. Emma once again Thank you.
Whilst I don't necessarily agree with some of the company's policies and decisions (especially for such a long-term customer), Charley was brilliant at helping me out and talking me through my options.
