We were on our last legs before Xmas, storing a kitchen for the so-called £1 first month. Not once on our call or various emails did they say you have to give them 15 days' notice, something that was revealed to me when they sent the invoice on day 14. £200 for nothing – Predatory billing. They know what they're up to, go somewhere better/more local
Really easy, emma was great, very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Was aware of space we needed and didn't push us. Great service
