Best and most affordable storage unit we found. We went away for 4 months and found that this was by far the best price after comparing with 7 other companies. Easy access and great front desk customer service. Would recommend and use again!
This storage company are great. Really simple and easy to get your things moved in. They were helpful and clear in explaining how it worked. Moving out was super simple too and Rob explained clearly how my last invoice worked. The facility was spotless and my belongings felt safe.
Rob was lovely! He has a great sense of humour, shared all the information I needed to know, showed me around, and explained the payment plan in detail. You don’t get that level of great customer service in many places anymore, so it was really refreshing to feel so welcomed. Thank you, Rob, for making the experience so pleasant
Fast process getting sorted and setup in about 5 minutes ready to use locker. Unfortunately can't remember guy's name on front desk who sorted everything in matter of minutes on spot friendly helpful even when I said I'm oldschool would need to eyeball space needed . Also friendly and helpful following day when received call from Jodie to check everything was ok and needs met with locker requirements. In short highly recommend using shurgard your needs will be met in quick efficient manner plus they are there willing to h... read more
