She went above and beyond to help us move into storage, even staying after her working hours, yesterday on 06.10.2025, just to make sure everything went smoothly and safely. Clean, easy access and helpful staff. Competitively priced and very easy to setup and terminate a storage unit. David in the office sorted this when our unit was cleared and finished with. There is also a Hertz van on site to hire if required. We used this, brilliant service. Would recommend both storage unit and van hire.
Great storage options. Staff are great. Spoke with Manny over the phone who helped me with choosing a unit. Great help. Chris and Stacey helped me when I arrived and made everything simple and easy. Would recommend Shurgaurd; helpful and convenient.
Rob was very knowledgeable and patient. He made sure I had all the information and that I knew all my options. He was happy to show me the different size storage spaces so that I could work out what would be best for me. Excellent customer service.
I came back to Shurgard self storage previously lok n store when I stored my household items for 2 years. Due to the very professional service I received from Stacy and Dave I decided to come back albeit for a much shorter time, nevertheless the service was maintained. I would highly recommend this storage.
