She went above and beyond to help us move into storage, even staying after her working hours, yesterday on 06.10.2025, just to make sure everything went smoothly and safely. Clean, easy access and helpful staff. Competitively priced and very easy to setup and terminate a storage unit. David in the office sorted this when our unit was cleared and finished with. There is also a Hertz van on site to hire if required. We used this, brilliant service. Would recommend both storage unit and van hire.
Shurgard Olbury, Bodies and Stacy are true professionals. They were extremely helpful is would Booking storage unit to house the Jamaica Hurricane Relief goods....Thank you. We will need a forklift to load the items in storage at the end of this month...Pls fix same promptly. This would be appreciated 👏
Great storage options. Staff are great. Spoke with Manny over the phone who helped me with choosing a unit. Great help. Chris and Stacey helped me when I arrived and made everything simple and easy. Would recommend Shurgaurd; helpful and convenient.
Rob was very knowledgeable and patient. He made sure I had all the information and that I knew all my options. He was happy to show me the different size storage spaces so that I could work out what would be best for me. Excellent customer service.
