I had not used storage facilities before, so was unsure what to expect. When I saw the storage unit I had booked, it was far too small for the items I had. I was shown alternative units and advised how best to pack the items to make best use of the space. My overall experience was a positive one.
I have used the facilities for two months and my experience had been good. I had no issues and the staff was helpful. The process was straightforward and my good were kept safe. I like that they have a variation of sizes to suit your needs. The only negative would be the timing, I wish that the facilities would open later especially on the weekends.
