I recently changed the size of my storage unit with the help of Paul. He was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. He made the entire process really quick and easy. The facilities are clean and spacious.
Very clean and modern facilities. Feels perfectly safe. Very smooth process. I received very clear and kind step-by-step guidance on the phone from Paul, and on site with Alex and Paul.

My request was managed by Paul (Gare de l'Est agency) and the service was just "white glove". He was kind, responsive and obviously knew what he was talking about.
