I tried booking a storage via the website but got a little lost. But Paul helped me figure out the formalities and help us store goods safely. Thanks to him the entire process went very smoothly. Great service would highly recommend.

My request was managed by Paul (Gare de l'Est agency) and the service was just "white glove". He was kind, responsive and obviously knew what he was talking about. Excellent place to store items. The service is super. Everything functions automatically so you can access your storage unit even when the office is closed. Great option in Paris to store the items that don’t fit in your flat

We just left our stuff and Christelle and the other girl (sorry we didn't see her name) were super nice to us and helpful. They explained everything to us, tried to speak in english and walked us through any question, thank you!!
