This is honestly the best service I had in paris in years ! Nadejda was so kind and patient and told me all the pros and cons and showed me multiple sizes and explained that I am not tied down in a contract and if I want to extend the contract they can also just charge per day the equivalent of price per month divided per day. I think it’s a very correct business with impeccable service ! Oh and the storage rooms and so clean and bright !!
Excellent experience with Alain who made the whole check-in process very easy. The storage facility itself is modern, clean, secure and easily accessible by bus.
The service is amazing, everyone is very friendly and kind, especially Dina and Celia. I arrived really late a Saturday evening and they welcomed me and help me set up the contract. They're very patient language wise and super helpful! The storage is very clean and access is very easy! Definitely recommend.
Dina was very helpful and extremely friendly. Explained everything to us very well and was prompt in answering all questions. Would not hesitate to use her services in the future as well as now. Five stars for sure.
This place met all my expectations. I was greeted by very friendly and talkative personnel, Nadejda and Betty. They gave all clear instructions and explanations about the self-storage, provided me with different choices suitable for my demands, and kept up the conversation throughout all the time me being there!
