I am renting a 6m2 storage box here and had two air shipping pallets delivered on site by fedex for storage there. The site was quite accomodating of my situation (I needed to get things delivered there, and to have access to their trans-palette equipment for moving my pallets to my box). Thanks in particular to Loris for showing me the site around the day before I had to receive my pallets, and explaining to me how to use the various equipments I need on site (locks, app for unlocking site access, trans palette, etc...)
This is honestly the best service I had in paris in years ! Nadejda was so kind and patient and told me all the pros and cons and showed me multiple sizes and explained that I am not tied down in a contract and if I want to extend the contract they can also just charge per day the equivalent of price per month divided per day. I think it’s a very correct business with impeccable service ! Oh and the storage rooms and so clean and bright !!
Excellent experience with Alain who made the whole check-in process very easy. The storage facility itself is modern, clean, secure and easily accessible by bus.
The service is amazing, everyone is very friendly and kind, especially Dina and Celia. I arrived really late a Saturday evening and they welcomed me and help me set up the contract. They're very patient language wise and super helpful! The storage is very clean and access is very easy! Definitely recommend.
Daniel and Iverson were fantastic! They showed me to my storage locker, explained everything and were very patient since I speak very little French.
