The rental process was extremely easy, and Claude was exceptionally friendly, professional, and polite. French is not my first language, but Claude made sure I understood every aspect of the rental contract with patience and a friendly demeanor. I was able to look at a few different spaces and choose the one that suited my needs. The facility is clean, secure, and the access to the storage spaces is easy with the help of an elevator and trolleys. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant rental experience.
