We use Peterborough Shurgard for our storage area for excess of work tools. Staff are so friendly and know everyone on a personal level which is really nice. Always smiling and place is always in top condition. Thank you guys for always being on hand to help at any given point
The ladies in the office are super helpful and the storage units are really easy to use. Good use of tech with the bluetooth gate access. No need to even get out of the car/van when entering.
Alice was polite, helpful and friendly. She resolved my issue very quickly. Alice is a real asset to your organisation.
They deal with so many people, but know them individually. Able to welcome and talk to clients at a personal but professional level. Always helpful, informative with updates and cheaper than places i know. I couldnt ask for a better place to store my things
Sam has amazing customer service skills, she made it fast and simple for me to get a unit at such short notice.. thank you so much for your time and would recommend to anyone!!
