All of staff in Poole have been excellent, particularly Jenny. The storage facilities and different size units are good with varying rates and deals. Access is secure using the app. There is only one door to get your stuff in/out but it fits a large trolley through it so hasn’t been an issue for us. There is only one lift but again there’s not loads of people using it so again no issues. So far great service, thank you.
I would give zero stars if I could. Increased cost since Shurguard has taken oven and decreased accessibility and service. I’m very glad that we have been able to move house so that I no longer have to use this storage unit. See attached the photo of the ONLY access point. Previously there were 2 large hanger doors and now ALL users have to access using the single small door shown in the picture below. 5 stars! Michelle & team have been so helpful and accommodating of all the changes I made along the way, especially when I had to change up the size of my unit last minute! The only thing I would’ve liked would have been a heads up that the larger units require 2 padlocks rather than 1 but perhaps that would’ve been communicated if I had booked a larger unit in the first place! However, not an issue as Jenny allowed me to borrow a padlock until we sourced another one later in the day.
The 5 stars is for Michelle at Poole. She has been so friendly and helpful with us in sorting out the right sized unit. Explained processes fully, and helped me a lot. Excellent customer service, a credit to the business. Thank you Michelle!
My experience is worth less than 1 star. After various searches in neighboring companies, I chose this one. The staff was amazing, and everything was perfect. I was looking for a long-term situation, more than a year, probably 2, but the situation has changed. The name has changed and so has the price, increasing by 9 pounds.
