I have recently rented a unit here late on a thursday afternoon, Gina made sure i had done my ID check and understood how to access my unit that night so i could get straight in there outside of office hours. Her instructions were easy to understand and she has checked up on us since! we are very happy so far and a big thank you to Gina for being so kind and helpful
Easy.... Decent prices online, all the information you needed. I called during weekend to reserve a unit for a year. Locked in the price and paid for the year, answered questions we had. They offer 14 cool down period. Had access to unit within 15 minutes. App might not be for everyone, but works well and gives easy secure access and longer opening hours. Plenty of trollies inside, in good condition. Plenty to like, nothing to really complain about.
Spoke to Gina today, and she was very helpful and pleasant. She explained my account situation and put my mind at rest… Shurghard storage staff are always very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, so impressed!!
Michelle really is the expert in her field. I havent actually booked yet as my plans have not gone to plan so far.....but when I do it will be here. Michelle showed me round & was so professional. The place is spotless & very competitive
Great service, very convenient for me and reasonably priced. I like how access is on the app so feel my belongings are safe and secure. Would definitely recommend Shurgard to my friends and family. Thank you Gina!
