Fabulous service. Nothing to complain about from booking the unit to being shown around. Very polite and helpful when I went into reception and shown the way to my unit. Everything explained on the way. 5 well deserved stars.
Arrived and spoke with Gina in reception. She was very welcoming and approachable, addressed me by name and went out of her way to be helpful. She showed us to our unit and provided a wealth of information without having to be prompted. Overall, my partner and I are confident in accessing our unit and Shurgard as a whole. Thank you to Gina.
Gina was super helpful with sorting out my insurance and explaining how things work with the app and access to the units. She showed me where to find things and made the process very easy. Unit was nice and clean and there was plentiful supply of trolleys. I haven’t moved things in yet but very happy with everything so far.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and timely, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The overall experience was excellent and exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Michelle, who was incredibly helpful throughout and ensured everything was handled efficiently and with care.
