Gina was super helpful with sorting out my insurance and explaining how things work with the app and access to the units. She showed me where to find things and made the process very easy. Unit was nice and clean and there was plentiful supply of trolleys. I haven’t moved things in yet but very happy with everything so far.
So far so good! Nice welcome at the warehouse, really simple check in process and a good app to manage access to the storage facility. Great lift and big door to get in, and lots of trolleys to help move things. Unit was clean and easy to access.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and timely, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The overall experience was excellent and exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Michelle, who was incredibly helpful throughout and ensured everything was handled efficiently and with care. Truly outstanding service – a well-deserved 10/10.
This is a hard one to review. I originally was with Lok n store before they were bought out by Shurgard. Neither have been without issue's. I rented a 20ft shipping container for many year's. The main issue was the constant price rises (especially with the new owners ,Shurgard) 2nd issue is having to pay insurance for contents, I made it clear there is nothing of value and I'd be happy to sign a waiver, this was rejected. Michelle and Gina are absolutely awesome. Got me the best deal and made everything so smooth and so easy and were so lovely and kind during what could possibly be the most stressful time of my life so far. Couldnt recommend this storage place enough and the service was great. Thank you!
