Nice clean storage units, easy access via the app. We were shown Around and had everything explained, which made the whole process much easier. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, would definitely use again.
Easy.... Decent prices online, all the information you needed. I called during weekend to reserve a unit for a year. Locked in the price and paid for the year, answered questions we had. They offer 14 cool down period. Had access to unit within 15 minutes. App might not be for everyone, but works well and gives easy secure access and longer opening hours. Plenty of trollies inside, in good condition. Plenty to like, nothing to really complain about.
The storage facility is clean ,well organised and really quite secure. The office staff are friendly,knowledgable and just all around fantastic. They showed us around ,made sure every thing was covered and answered any questions or concerns we had. The office staff at poole location deserve a raise 😁
Spoke to Gina today, and she was very helpful and pleasant. She explained my account situation and put my mind at rest… Shurghard storage staff are always very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, so impressed!!
Huge thank you to Gina and Michelle for helping me with my storage rental. I am in the process of moving house and needed to get some boxes out of my tiny cottage. They were really helpful in getting the app loaded on my phone to enable me to access my unit out of office hours. Although I will probably just rent for one month I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again in the future - thank you ladies 😊
