I have recently rented a unit here late on a thursday afternoon, Gina made sure i had done my ID check and understood how to access my unit that night so i could get straight in there outside of office hours. Her instructions were easy to understand and she has checked up on us since! we are very happy so far and a big thank you to Gina for being so kind and helpful
Gina was very friendly, approachable, warm welcome very knowledgeable. Explained everything and showed us on the app how it worked looking forward to seeing her again if we need to :)

Easy to get set up. Gina at the Poole branch was amazing and got me sorted when there was an issue with the app. She was also great showing me to the unit and explaining everything.
Gina was really helpful. Very polite, informative and friendly. Explained the app, security measures etc. Quick and easy to set up and put things in the unit the same day. The app is really good and means you can access the unit for longer each day. Highly recommend.
