Easy access location with big parking area inside the premise. Storage space is clean. I put my stuffs into the storage in a hot day but it is cool inside the storage. Staff (Gina) is very nice and helpful. Actually, I visited 2 times for a view of the storage and resolving some register issue while Gina was on leave. Both staffs I met were also very nice and patient to my stupid questions though I knew that they were not working there permanently. I feel delighted with such supports.
Recently signed up to shurgard self storage. Gina was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Would recommend!
Fabulous service. Nothing to complain about from booking the unit to being shown around. Very polite and helpful when I went into reception and shown the way to my unit. Everything explained on the way. 5 well deserved stars.
Arrived and spoke with Gina in reception. She was very welcoming and approachable, addressed me by name and went out of her way to be helpful. She showed us to our unit and provided a wealth of information without having to be prompted. Overall, my partner and I are confident in accessing our unit and Shurgard as a whole. Thank you to Gina.
My parents use the Poole branch and I went in with my mum to sort out some changes and rearranging. The staff here are amazing. So polite and helpful. We’ve had everything explained to us in detail. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great secure storage facility with great staff. Gina served us and she was so helpful and polite. Helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions.
