Had a excellent service from the storage company and would like to thank everyone who helped me to secure my cousin’s goods.I had a great service from Chris who listened to my request and took some decisions in offering discount which I wasn’t expecting. Special thanks also goes to Wendy who went a step further and had to be patient with me while sorting through the payments. Excellent customer service from Wendy was exceptional, keep up the great work.
Recently we have been looking at different storage units and Shurgard’s prices are the best in the area. Very easy to access, very secure facility, absolutely lovely staff too. Wendy helped me with our enquiry and talked me through the whole process. She set everything up for us and thoroughly explained how everything works. 110% recommend!!! Staff are always so helpful and kind. Thank you so much to Wendy for cutting my padlock open! I thought I was gonna have the worst day but they were able to sort it out for me. So so happy and everything was extremely convenient. Whole experience with Shurgard has been lovely.
