Kerry at Shurgard Self Storage was absolutely brilliant. Super happy with the service from start to finish. She was very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process really easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was genuinely helpful throughout. Excellent customer service and a great first impression of the storage facility. Highly recommend!
The front desk help was superb today. I visited with my mother having not been here for a couple of years and Wendy at front desk helped us step through the new security system. She had comprehensive knowledge of how it works and got us going in no time.
We’ve just moved into a unit at Shurgard Portsmouth (Rudmore Square) and the service has been genuinely outstanding from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, well organised and very professionally run. First time I've needed to use a storage unit and so had questions I wasn't sure of. Went into reception where I was greeted with a warm, kind and friendly smile and a hello. Wendy was the name of the lady behind the desk. She answered all my questions and gave some really helpful advice as I explained what I was hoping to do whilst using the unit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to use a storage company. Was nice to talk to a real person
I have been looking at different storage units and Shurgard’s prices were the best in the area. Very easy to access, very secure facility, and the staff are all great. The whole process was explained clearly, everything was set up smoothly, and moving in has been hassle-free. Excellent customer service all round, thank you! 👍
