Wendy was super helpful in sorting out our room transfer. The process was easy and well explained by Wendy. We find Shurgard very easy to use as a business and very reasonably priced.
Beware the cheap initial price hides a racket to tie you into their overpriced insurance. Unfortunately the staff have been told by 'head office' to make it as bureaucratic and complicated as possible to prove you already have insurance, and there's no arguing with them on what the requirement actually is. Units are looking a bit shabby too.
We were in a pickle for some emergency house moving storage. One call to Lok’nStore Portsmouth and we were sorted! Reasonable rates and all well laid out and easily accessible. Must mention Kerry who really did he utmost to sort everything out for us and explain how the storage process worked. If you are lucky you may even get a free keyring 😉 Well run, organised, clean and easy to get to - highly recommend!
Great guys to deal with lock n store in Portsmouth is a great place to store with, plenty of room lots, of lifts loads of trolleys, ample bays for parking,we never have an issue when we are working here, we love using this place. Man plus van would always recommend lock n store very clean and tidy very good value.
