Great customer service from James today. We came to Shurgard to have a look and to have some questions answered. James was very friendly and helpfull, with some insightful advice. Facilities looked great too. We will be progressing with our reservation :)
My own experience when something went wrong is having to call the fire brigade to get me out as no one was accessible after hours, no functioning emergency numbers, no proper signage and when the brigade arrived, no functioning key/gate opening system to allow me out safely, except via a tall ladder above and down the gate. No real customer interest by Shurgard except fixing the things that should have been working and offering a £50 credit. Woeful.
