I cannot recommend Karen at Shurgard (Caversham Road Reading) highly enough. My sister recently died and she has been compassionate, kind and amazingly responsive and professional in dealing with all our queries and clearing my sister's unit. Really outstanding customer service, thank you Karen.

I’ve used Shurgard in Reading for a couple of years and have been extremely happy with it. Karen has supported me throughout and that’s a massive weight off my mind as I live in Dubai. The facility is secure and has very modern access. I would highly recommend.
