I’ve used Shurgard in Reading for a couple of years and have been extremely happy with it. Karen has supported me throughout and that’s a massive weight off my mind as I live in Dubai. The facility is secure and has very modern access. I would highly recommend.
Initially when I joined payments, the team were very friendly and helpful. This was much needed after a stressful day moving across the country and separating property between London and Reading leaving the final excess in storage. My payments being received no problem for the first 6 months, then issues started. Shurgard team has been very helpful and always ready to assist with matters regarding signing up and booking. Convenient for students as well. Karen was very helpful in assisting me with confirming my moving out date and what should be done when vacating the storage unit.
I was served by Mani who was very friendly and very helpful regarding how everything worked. He also asked me if I had any questions at the end which I liked, although as he had explained everything so well I didn't actually have any questions. The facility itself is great, and just what I needed during my house move. Would definitely recommend.
