Absolutely appalling experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I rented a storage unit for around three weeks after being offered what sounded like a straightforward deal over the phone. The representative told me it would cost £1 for the first month, followed by £60 thereafter. Since I only needed the unit for around three weeks, I specifically explained my situation before agreeing. Good storage unit just outside of town centre. Claire looked after us really well, showing us around and was extremely hospitable and polite. Her positive energy is very puts you at ease especially when moving stuff and all that packing. Thanks Claire!
