I’ve used Shurgard in Reading for a couple of years and have been extremely happy with it. Karen has supported me throughout and that’s a massive weight off my mind as I live in Dubai. The facility is secure and has very modern access. I would highly recommend.
Initially when I joined payments, the team were very friendly and helpful. This was much needed after a stressful day moving across the country and separating property between London and Reading leaving the final excess in storage. My payments being received no problem for the first 6 months, then issues started. I received calls saying my payments were not made and I followed up and made payments through the app on my debit card, it showed successful payment and I moved on. Shurgard team has been very helpful and always ready to assist with matters regarding signing up and booking. Convenient for students as well. Karen was very helpful in assisting me with confirming my moving out date and what should be done when vacating the storage unit.
Perfect place for storage. There’s a variety of sqft options to choose from to suit your needs. The Shurgard team made signing up very quick and easy and I was able to get my stuff stored on the day of signing up. Access hours to the storage are also very convenient 7am-9pm. Staff were very attentive with any questions and help that I needed. Karen in particular helped me with a misunderstanding on my part and my problem was sorted promptly.
