We rented a storage unit and had a great experience. The place is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend it if you need extra space!
Hey So let me start with this horrible experience I had at this storage. First I get my storage, transfer my whole house stuff inside as I was moving house and then a week later the lift broke. So I can't access anything for 3 weeks. They didn't email me or inform me so when I come one day to put more stuff inside the storage from my house move the security guard greeted me and said no you can't put anything in. Shurgard Romford is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with everyone at the place, especially "Scott" who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me. The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple. You can access from 7am-9pm. I have paid £1 for the first month + £18 insurance + £14 for the key = £33.
