Great storage units at good prices! The on-site team are fantastic, Shona and Jack go above and beyond to make people feel welcome, and they do a great job with the upkeep of the facility. Highly recommended.
I Visited the store as I’m moving to my new house in the area, I was greeted and shown around by a lovely lady called Shona, her customer service made me feel comfortable and at ease as I’ve never used storage before, the building itself is clean and very easy to use. First time have ever used Shurguard. Opened the account in the local office staff so helpful took myself and my wife through the process stage by stage . A very simple secure system feel confident our possessions are safe and secure , Recommended
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Shurgard will tempt you in with a good deal then after 6 month will sting you with a price increase of over 20%, just tried to cancel my rental agreement due to price increase and now got to over 4 weeks notice to cancel!! Complete con-artist's look elsewhere, cheaper storage can be found with others at better rates.
Shurgard Romford is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with everyone at the place, especially "Scott" who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me. The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple. You can access from 7am-9pm. I have paid £1 for the first month + £18 insurance + £14 for the key = £33.
