I spoke with a girl called Shona today who was extremely helpful! She answered all my questions with detail and reassured my concerns! The place was clean and organised which gave me great confidence to store my belongings there.
I wasn’t happy with the staff who served me and the service given. As I looked my storage online at a certain price. I had issues with my ID so I came in store to complete the transaction and needed up paying £42.00 more monthly. This was totally unacceptable and false advertising. Plus everything is down online nonetheless the signal at this place is extremely poor. Please sort it out.

Shurgard Romford is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with everyone at the place, especially "Scott" who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me. The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple. You can access from 7am-9pm. I have paid £1 for the first month + £18 insurance + £14 for the key = £33.
