Shurgard Romford is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with everyone at the place, especially "Scott" who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me. The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple. You can access from 7am-9pm. I have paid £1 for the first month + £18 insurance + £14 for the key = £33.
Not a good service at all. First my storage was given to someone else and when I went there with all my stuff I got to know that the storage was not available. They gave me new one then. I have informed them 15 days earlier as per their policy that I won’t be using the storage next month but they sent me invoice of £195 for the next month too and I got the email that I was late by one day to inform them. That’s ridiculous! I am not happy with this service at all.
I would highly recommend Shurgard Romford if you are looking for storage. They Shurgard has various units, clean, comfortable, easy access, great rates and secure. The staff such as **Terry and Scott** amazing. They are extremely helpful, always pleasant and go the extra mile. Terry and Scott have been fantastic at an extremely difficult and challenging time for me. They are great ambassadors for Shurgard. FIRST CLASS SERVICE- I cannot thank you enough Terry and Scott.
