I was warmly greeted by Shona, who checked the current special offers and found me a bigger unit at a great price. All the paperwork, account updates, access app changes etc were handled quickly and efficiently without any faff. We have just moved units in Romford Shurgard both members of staff.Shona and Jack where extremely helpful going out of their way to help with paperwork and making the move hassle free. Great, in this busy world that customer service is sometimes lacking . Not so at Shurgard Romford. Great staff members and a credit to Shurgard.a big thumbs up 👍

Shurgard Romford is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with everyone at the place, especially "Scott" who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me. The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple. You can access from 7am-9pm. I have paid £1 for the first month + £18 insurance + £14 for the key = £33.
I would highly recommend Shurgard Romford if you are looking for storage. They Shurgard has various units, clean, comfortable, easy access, great rates and secure. The staff such as **Terry and Scott** amazing. They are extremely helpful, always pleasant and go the extra mile. Terry and Scott have been fantastic at an extremely difficult and challenging time for me. They are great ambassadors for Shurgard. FIRST CLASS SERVICE- I cannot thank you enough Terry and Scott.
