Disappointing Experience with Shurgard in Romford - Privacy Violations and Unprofessional Behavior from the receptionists JACK and SHONA I rented a unit at Shurgard in Romford with a start date of 16 October 2025, and within just five days, I’ve been left extremely disappointed by the behavior of their staff. We have just moved units in Romford Shurgard both members of staff.Shona and Jack where extremely helpful going out of their way to help with paperwork and making the move hassle free. Great, in this busy world that customer service is sometimes lacking . Not so at Shurgard Romford. Great staff members and a credit to Shurgard.a big thumbs up 👍
