I was looking for temp self storage as I was moving house around Ruislip, introduced by a guy called AB, he guided me throughout the process. He explained throughly all the details from all my questions. The storage space are clean and tidy. Strongly recommend Shurgard, best Self Storage in Ruislip.
Looked at different sites in the area. This facility not only has the best layout but also staff. AB is always there to help when needed and does his best to meets the needs of the customer. Which is helpful when you have a small business. Good location too in terms of accessibility.
I am very pleased with the service recieved from Shurgard Ruislip Branch. George and AB were very very helpful. George in particular was very efficient, prompt and accomodative. He found us a unit immediately and called us too. He also checked upon us after the 1st day of our move in. We really like thank George for all his efforts ,very patient indeed.
George was super helpful! He was patient, showed us around explaining the differences in units, he was polite and happy to answer any questions we had with valuable advice!
The friendly staff at reception explained easily the process of booking a unit and I was happy with the £1 plus insurance for first month. They showed me the units for me to get idea and gave options. The customer service was next level as I had made a mistake with the unit I booked and they helped me sort it out. Very kind of them. Thank you to the team here.
